Project Scope- 70 unit townhouse development in 7 buildings, all above parkade slab. Intensive garden installation on slab, plus surrounding greenspaces and playground. Installed ornamental gardens, turf, and
constructed all wood elements including tiered retaining walls and cedar fencing for all patios.
